Prayer Blanket Ministry
We also spend time ministering to others by our Prayer Blanket Ministry. We make the blankets, pray over them, and give them to persons that are suffering a trial; an illness, or other situation out of their control. The blankets give them a comfort and peace, and they know someone is praying for them.
We belong to the National AALC "Women of L.I.F.E." - We share with our sisters in other congregations, across the US, that wonder about the same things we wonder about - our Lord, our families, our relationships, and how we can better serve the Lord in bringing others to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. We meet every Thursday evening, at 6:00 PM for dinner, fellowship, detailed Bible study, and prayer.
